Email Configuration

Control how Fisar sends email to requesters on your organisation's behalf.

Fisar sends email at two points in a request: the acknowledgement, and the secure download link once a response is verified and released.

Email Configuration controls how those messages are sent.

Why it matters

Requesters are more likely to trust - and less likely to lose to a spam filter - an email that comes from a domain they recognise. Configuring this properly means responses arrive from your organisation rather than a generic sender.

Email configuration is set up during onboarding. If messages are not arriving, or you want to change the sending address, contact Fisar at info@fisar.co.uk.
