The Organisation Dashboard
The administrator view - your DPOs, request volumes across the organisation, and your subscription at a glance.
The organisation dashboard is where the platform is administered. It is deliberately separate from casework: you manage people and settings here, and your DPOs run requests in their own dashboard.

What you can see
| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Total DPOs | How many Data Protection Officers exist on your account |
| Total SAR Requests | Every request received to date, across all DPOs |
| Completed Requests | Requests that have been sent to the requester |
| Active Subscription | Your current plan and billing cycle |
Recent DPOs
The table lists each Data Protection Officer with their company, email, number of SAR requests, SLA percentage, last sign-in and status. You can search by name or email, and use View All for the full list.
From the Actions column you can suspend an account or resend an invitation.
SLA % shows how reliably that DPO's requests are being completed inside the statutory deadline. It is the quickest way to spot someone who is falling behind.
What you cannot do here
Creating and running SARs is not available from the organisation dashboard. That is done from a DPO account.
If you administer the platform and handle requests yourself, you need a DPO account as well. Add yourself as a DPO - see Adding & Managing DPOs.
