SAR Monitoring
SAR Monitoring lists every request and its live stage, newest first. Open any request to see its full status and act on it.
Use it to:
- Watch a new request move through acknowledgement, gathering and redaction
- Find requests sitting at Redaction Completed that need your review
- Retrieve the password for a request created some time ago
- Confirm what was uploaded, for manual and media requests
Processing continues whether or not you are watching. You can close the browser and return later - long media jobs in particular do not need you present.
Metrics
Metrics shows performance over time rather than individual requests.

Staying inside 30 days
The deadline runs from the recorded date of receipt, not from when the request was created in Fisar. Logging requests late eats into time you cannot get back.
Watch the Upcoming Deadlines panel on your dashboard. Requests escalate as the due date approaches, but the earlier you act the more room you have if a redaction needs rework.
Organisation administrators can see SLA performance per DPO from the Organisation Dashboard.
