Request summary

| Pending | Awaiting action from you |
| Review | Awaiting your review |
| Processed | Redaction finished, ready for email dispatch |
| Completed | Sent to the requester and closed |
Processing overview
Shows your completion rate, average response time and SLA compliance - how reliably you are finishing requests inside the 30-day deadline.
Upcoming deadlines
Requests approaching their due date, filterable by All, Pending or Processed. This is the panel to check first thing.
The 30-day clock runs from the recorded date of receipt, not from when you got round to creating the request in Fisar. Log requests promptly.
Recent requests
Each row shows the SAR reference (for example SAR-E25775A7), the individual, a priority badge, current status and due date. Statuses you will see include COMPLETED, ID VERIFICATION and NOT VERIFIED.
